Why we built Synaptix
Founder Ayaan Karim-Ali watched his grandmother, Noor Jan, move through an English-first system while she spoke Urdu.
As kidney disease progressed and dialysis began, gaps in communication were impossible to ignore. Nuance, dignity, and comfort were too often lost.
That experience is why Synaptix exists: clearer communication across languages, less documentation drag on clinicians, and instructions patients can use, not file away unread.
